At school, we often can understand the majority of a concept but miss vital key components that are essential to answering a lot of the final questions that we are faced with on that topic. I like to give you the option to explain to me which parts you find hard and which parts you find easy. We can then work from the easy parts and build up to the much harder parts making sure that all areas are covered. I will explain topic areas in a number of different ways depending on what suits you best. Some students prefer more visuals and diagrams and more explanation, whilst others prefer to do-it-yourself more and so practice themselves a lot sooner. Whichever learner you are, I can cater to your needs and ensure you a confident in your abilities to solve problems on all the topics you are challnenged with. Building confidence and resilience in maths is essential to becoming a good mathematician and I want to make sure that by the end of our lessons, you will have developed those key skills and come way more confident and resilient than ever as a maths student.
