Biology teacher for students of all ages

I have a bachelor's degree in Biology and finishing my master's thesis defense in Environmental Management and Control. I have been working for the past five years at a university teaching practical biology courses. I have some private tutoring experience.
My focus is on identifying and activating the students' strengths and activating them. This is followed by encouraging high intellectual performance by building on pre-existing knowledge. Identifying components that have impact on learning like culture and environment, to help maximize the learning experience and promote steady measurable growth. These are my strategies to ensure maximum benefit.
