I would describe myself as very passionate about my subject and always looking to further develop my skills inside the classroom

I love teaching, my experience has allowed me to teach both secondary and post sixteen. In addition, I have really enjoyed the one-to-one lessons with students at form-time as it's a fantastic way to build relationships with students. Having great relationships with students is important to me as according to research it allows for better academic outcomes.
