With my experience within sport, more specifically golf, as well as fitness and strength and conditioning, I can teach/coach in a way that incorporates both, relating the specific movements of the sport to specific muscles and exercises in the gym. That way it can optimise an increase in performance for the people I am teaching and help them learn in a more in-depth way, so I am not just telling them something but they are learning.
