I passionate about teaching. With students we should grab their likes and interest then give examples from that on the topic to make them understand. This kind of methods make interested to listen and learn about the subject. I always like to keep the session interacting with students not myself speaking all the time so that as well doesn't make the student get bored or not interesting.
