I have experience on working with children during secondary school as I helped supervising in the home learning clubs and supporting the children when they needed help and were struggling enhancing my confidence and learning more about the best teaching methods . To add on to that I also took part in helping children with dyslexia read and supporting them to become more fluent readers. This required confidence and understanding to understand what mistakes are being made and why .
