I teach Chinese and my lessons are engaging instead of tedious

I hold a master degree in creative writing and a bachelor degree in English literature. Since Chinese is my first language, it makes me well-suited to help my students embark on their journey to learn Chinese. Learning a new language should be an exciting journey, not a daunting task. My lessons are designed to be fun and interactive, incorporating creative elements to keep you engaged. We'll explore Chinese culture, literature, and art, allowing you to connect with the language on a deeper level, but at the same time, helping my students to achieve their goals. For instance, in my class, I will choose a meaningful and relevant theme for students and think of brainstorming ideas that can incorporate real-life situations and tasks (i.e. YouTube videos, blogs, online material etc.). Dubbing will also be used in my class. I will use online video makers to create animation with characters from cartoons and movies suitable for my students, and my students can choose their own lines and practice speaking. I can also write lines for one character and my students play the other. As for writing, I will use writing worksheets and ask my students to fill in the blanks.
