Evidence from around the world shows that the most important factor in determining the effectiveness of an educational institution is the quality of its teachers and I believe that my strong technical education, teaching experience, and management skills will make me a very competitive candidate for this position. I try to create an atmosphere that encourages participation and involvement and assign several assignments throughout the semesters, so students can improve over time. They are encouraged to come to me to discuss ideas, plans, and doubts throughout the semesters. I present exams not merely as evaluations, but as an opportunity for students to understand the subject more. To individually encourage students I used to prepare some questions before the class and engage students in a variety of ways, with visuals, sounds, and words for better understanding. I want them to leave each class with some concrete understanding. Every time I like to recap the previous topic before starting a new one in the classroom to have students respond to a prompt, sometimes seminar presentation, group study, project, or brainstorming sessions on a topic to leave them with engagement and raise questions in their mind to discuss more about the topic.
