With my experience in peer-tutoring , I will take one-on-one sessions or two people at once and go through the content and ensure that they understand the concepts clearly after which I will move on to application based questions so they are confident about their understanding of the theories and concepts. I believe in thorough understanding of content rather than rote memorization.
