Zak is an excellent Trainer and Nutrition Coach. At first I knew very little about nutrition... he provided me with excellent resources and information to enhance my knowledge from the off.
Zak is great at 2-way communication, he will never 'tell' you what to do, he will discuss the best course of action and is always open to tweaking the plan if its not quite working for you- all whilst staying on track towards your goals!
Zak is also extremely reliable with your scheduled check-ins.
Zak is a very competent qualified CrossFit coach, he approaches his coaching with an encouraging and friendly manner. He gives you that push when necessary and creates a very welcoming environment.
I will definitely be working with Zak again. I would recommend him for people with any level of gym/nutrition experience looking to better themselves!
