I have valuable experience in this field, working as part of an extremely busy mentor team working with students aged 14 to 16. I have been pro-active and able to turn every situation into a profitable one for both my students, and myself. Involved in 1:1 counselling of students with difficulties that was detrimentally affecting attitudes to education. I also have close involvement with parents and many outside agencies. Also taught English, Maths and Geography to GCSE level.
