Hello! My name is Maria and I am a guitar teacher, willing to teach any age and any style. I have a bachelors degree in popular music, and am currently doing a masters in musical theatre. I have grade 8 in acoustic guitar and grade 5 in music theory. I have lots of experience in teaching kids, but as mentioned, all ages are welcome. I can teach in person in Leeds, or online anywhere else!!

Maria in a nutshell

My main lesson aim is for the students to enjoy it! I teach them songs they're interested in learning, music theory, riffs, and anything else they'd like to learn. I have taught over 10 students, all of which have thoroughly enjoyed their lessons. I engage students in practice, helping them to keep practice journals and testing their knowledge, whilst making lessons fun for them as well.
