Become a good communicator in English with the best tutor

An English teacher with 14 years' dedicated experience following my passion and deep interest in the field of teaching language, the journey has always been marked by a sort of relentless quest for personal and professional growth. An important and major part of my career vis-à-vis my personality is the diversity of students and the setting used for teaching students, particularly young adults. This long period in teaching has enabled me acquire vast knowledge and skills. I will, therefore through the application of a challenging dynamic, healthy, and effective learning environment inculcate excellence in academics coupled with personal development. I take keen interest in developing my students' communication both in transcript and oral. I, therefore make them articulate their ideas with affirmation through engaging them in debates, presentations, and group work. I have always realized that each student is unique in their own ways with their weaknesses and strengths and, therefore learn by either seeing or hearing. I take into consideration the individualities of every student and thereby adopt the teaching approaches that go along with them in order to bring forth the best potential in them. In this effort, I employ a variety of different teaching approaches that may help diversify my lessons, from interactive multimedia presentations to practical activities and group discussions, among others, towards various learning styles that keep students motivated. Good learning environments are good by human nature. Positive and supportive teaching and learning environments need to be created. I welcome a classroom culture where students find themselves at liberty to air their ideas and their will, make mistakes, and learn from them. Respect, encouragement, and proper feedback are what guide me as I teach. Good communication skills serve as the main backbone, because all other things fall in place with healthy communication. I always keep a channel of communication open with my students: I encourage questions, the seeking of help, and the opportunity for those students to provide feedback on the learning experience. This usually helps me in building a rapport and a sound relationship with my students. The true conclusion of how good a teacher I really only fully reflect in the development and success of the student.
