I am Dr. Sabihee Shahid; I hold a Ph.D. degree in Education from the University of Education. Throughout my six years of teaching experience in traditional and virtual settings, I have developed a strong understanding of pedagogical principles and effective instructional strategies. My ability to engage and motivate students and my commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment have consistently resulted in improved student outcomes.
In my previous role as a virtual teacher at Allama Iqbal Open University, I honed my virtual instruction skills by utilizing various online platforms and tools to deliver dynamic and interactive lessons. I effectively adapted my teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with different learning styles and abilities. Additionally, my experience in developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing timely feedback has allowed me to facilitate meaningful learning experiences for my students.
One of my strengths is establishing strong relationships with students and fostering a sense of community, even in a virtual environment. I prioritize building connections with students through regular communication, individualized support, and virtual classroom activities that encourage collaboration and active participation.
