My classes are always fun and dynamic! I build rapport with all my students as I believe in getting to know each other. This allows for the student to openly reveal areas that require attention and also feel at ease. It's important to identify weaknesses so we can work on those and see improvement. Efficacy is the key theme to be as efficient as possible and make every lesson count. Once we are in the routine the student will know what is expected. I always set the bar high to maximise potential. Standards are imperative in terms of reaching the distinction levels. This creates a work ethic in the student which makes them stand out from the crowd. Study skills are essential to success and digence is necessary to accentuate the innate ability. Over the course of time a syllabus and curriculum will be enacted to keep on the right track. However, it will never be as rigid that it cannot be adapted. This is a key difference from other teachers as I will liaise with the student after every class. We will recap and create an invisible thread that will seamlessly guide us on our way. We will share the same goals and travel together on the same journey. Success is measured by hard work combined with talent. Education is a gift and it's own reward.
