Online Tutor of English as a Foreign Language

I am a qualified teacher as well as having a TESOL Certificate to teach English to speakers of other languages. I have a Master’s degree in Education, I am a qualified teacher. I am computer literate and understand how technology can be used to enhance teaching and learning. I have taught on and off for the past 35 years and teaching still remains one of my passions. I get a great sense of joy seeing knowledge and skills transferred from teacher to students and assisting students to grasp concepts and expand their understanding. I have worked with a vast arrange of students from children to adolescents to adults, from the vulnerable and socially deprived to the highly motivated and academic. I have also taught many students from Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. I endeavour to make my lessons interesting, ensure that my students understand what it being taught and develop good rapport with my students to create a nurturing environment which is conducive for academic learning and growth.
