Experienced tutor providing tailored help for 11+ exams

I have 3 years of experience in providing lessons for children in Years 4-6 covering Maths, English, Non-verbal and Verbal reasoning. My lessons aim to pinpoint and improve topics that my students struggle with and re-teach/go over them following the 11+ syllabus. This can be achieved by completing, marking and reviewing practice questions together on these tricky topics to enhance ability and confidence. Once all of these have been covered, I start to work on exam technique by tasking my students to complete practice papers and providing mock tests for them to become accustomed to the difficult time management and pressure. After marking and going through these with my pupils, we review their work to find out what worked well but also how to improve for next time.
