Teaching multiple classes per week, for over a year and a half in Vinyasa, slow flow and hot yoga. Qualified 200hr YT, with a mobility qualification as well as currently training for my level 2 fitness coaching cert, I can activity help my students by not only giving them a calming space to connect with themselves but coaching people to grow old, pain free. I have experience in teaching both group and one on one classes and find each to be extremely rewarding. Anatomy informed but feelings lead, I emphasise moving with the breath, I offer pranayama and meditation practices alongside the physical practice.
