Affordable Tutoring Sessions for Reading and Writing

I have graduated with Honor's from University of California, Santa Barbara majoring in Film and Media Studies. I have lots of experience in essay writing, research, and academic reading at a high school and collegiate level. I also have experience in fields such as history, literature, philosophy, and art history. I love to help and educate others and am very patient and empathetic with my students. My ultimate goal above all else is their academic success.

For my actual lessons, I am able to support students with essay writing and reading assignments. This could mean going over essay prompts and how to get started, reading over rough drafts and providing feedback, or helping with research. I would also be able to help students comprehend any difficult or dense texts from research articles to fiction books. I may assist the student in going over the text and drawing out its main ideas for any related assignments.
