Tutor of EFL, Business English, Business Level 3. Also English Lit and Pyschology to A Level

I am an experienced and enthusiastic trainer and lecturer in Business and Project Management in the corportate world as well as Psychology, English Lit and Drama/ Theatre Skills to A Level. I love what I do and my motivation is the students enjoyment of learning. I encourage debate, discussion and discourse in the classroom and like things to get a bit lively. Students very rarely come in and sit down for an hour. There is alwasys much to do and levels of student engagement in my classes are high. Students learn from each other at least as much as they learn from the lecturer. I am gifted in putting students at ease and building confidence. I believe firmly in a supportive environment and foster this in all of my classrooms whether physical or virtual. Learning differentation is an enjoyable challenge. All students are different and have self-styled learning strategies. Strengths should be embraced and areas for development acknowledged. Teaching is truly transformative for all concerned.
