Online Computer Science Tutor - Part Time position at Findtutors

Hi Team

I've had several years of working experience with IT, ranging from level 1 technical support all the way to consistent 3rd line support with networking, back up management, hardware break-fixes and software troubleshooting. I've vastly enjoyed my time in support as it's been quite a social job wherein I'm constantly speaking and interacting with my userbase on a face to face basis. Despite not having any explicit teaching/tutoring experience, I have led training in all my previous work places for weekly group new starter onboardings and more specialised Office-sessions to help educate and ease the transition for our users over onto the new platforms.

I'm at the point where I feel like I've experienced the majority of what the IT support roles have to offer and now I'm looking for a new challenge, as well as an opportunity to help the next generation as well in their efforts in the IT field of work
