Experienced tutor - specialising in English literature/language, drama, music and history - for all ages of children up to 18

Hi! I’m Bea. I have a BA in English and Communication Studies, 2:1 (Hons), an MA in professional acting and over 5 years’ experience in teaching and tutoring.

I make learning sessions fun, engaging and creative so that my pupils are passionate about studying their subjects. Because I am welcoming and friendly, I can offer constructive feedback to students in an encouraging and progressive manner that enables pupils to best improve their development. I have infectious energy and can engage students to absorb information in a compelling way. I have always been curious so love learning and acquiring new knowledge and I find it deeply rewarding to inspire others in their education. I can simplify ideas and explain them clearly with patience and perseverance.

Recently, I tutored a private pupil in their English language and English literature GCSE studies. They had great success in their revision sessions with me and went on to exceed their predicted grade from school and achieved grade 8.
