Experienced leader who has mentored, coached & developed people across the globe

I am a qualified coach, who has been specialising in personal development, leadership and culture change for many years.

I have worked in many industries, from aerospace (Airbus UK) to pharmaceuticals (GSK). In both of these companies I became one of their internal coaches supporting managers from across each of those organisations.

For the most part of my career I've been employed in Change Manager or Operational Excellence roles, and worked operationally as well as strategically.
I also ran a site as a Factory Manager, assuming responsibilities for all functions on the site.

In my last major role, I led a Global Culture Change programme, which extended to over 50 countries and would touch around 70,000 employees.

My passion is for people change with my purpose being to help people to Grow, Develop and Evolve.
