My lessons are with a variety of teaching approaches. I always find different ways to inspire students. I would use audio, video and other materials to engage students in the lesson.
I always make sure that I enjoy the lesson, and usually, if I enjoy the lesson, that is the case for students as well.
Another thing that I do is, make sure that the material I use is current and interesting.

Most people struggle with having the confidence to speak in front of others. This fear can be heightened for English Language Learners because they are also speaking in a foreign language. Luckily, I have seen various advantages to including opportunities for children to present to their peers in a positive and safe classroom setting. It allows them to concentrate on pronunciation and clarity while also boosting their confidence. This type of practice is beneficial because students will very certainly have to make presentations in other classes, college, and/or their future professions. Giving pupils the opportunity to take these risks in a collaborative, supportive setting may be even more valuable.
