This course blends ancient Buddhist wisdom with current research, verified mental training and self-compassion strategies. By learning to develop a curious, non-judgemental attitude towards our experiences we can enhance mental and physical wellbeing, more effectively manage anxiety, depression and related conditions, improve relationships, work more productively and creatively, improve concentration, lower stress levels and enjoy a more balanced life with a deeper sense of calm. Each week covers a different theme and consists of both theory and practising formal guided meditation. Everyone is welcome whatever their level of experience.
