Biology tutor, have taught school students and juniors in college

I have a master's degree in Biotechnology. I've work experience of training and teaching students of almost 3.5 years.
Currently, I'm working with 50 students of grade 10. Before starting any chapter, I do a thorough research, prepare chapter plan, lesson vision and plan for the chapter.
My focus majorly lies on pedagogy and content parts. While teaching, I do frequent check for understanding with students as well by asking questions and repeating my instructions.
