department as a secondary school teacher (biology) or in college as a lecturer (biology). My
master’s qualification (assessed by UK-ENIC) has provided me with a deep and broad

experience I gained during my SCITT and PGCE, has equipped me with strong pedagogical
skills and a passion for nurturing the curiosity and scientific understanding of young minds. I
am committed to delivering student-lead lessons that engage students through inquiry-based
learning, encouraging critical thinking, and supporting them to make connections between
biological concepts and real-world applications. I take pride in my ability to create a positive
and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and motivated to
succeed. Throughout my training, I have developed effective classroom management
strategies and tailored my teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
