I’m passionate about education, good at communicating, listening and understanding. I want to help students reach their potential.

I have just graduated with a degree in history. In secondary school, as a prefect, I mentored year 7s and helped them improve their reading skills. I would asses my students individual needs and cater my lessons to specifically target these areas for improvement. I would instil confidence in my students capabilities and encourage them to achieve further with my support and guidance. I am experienced in presenting and I am an effective communicator. I would plan my tutor sessions around explaining, answering questions, testing and constructive feedback. I would endeavour to create a safe environment where students can question, learn and improve.
