I have one bachelor's degree, one master's degree, and finishing my second master's degree. But all that fancy wording does not mean anything. Is just knowledge.

I started my journey in yoga many years ago as a practitioner because of my fibromyalgia, and a couple of years back I decided to focus my energy on helping people like me, like us, achieve a real improvement.
