I graduated with first-class honours in Music from Selwyn College, University of Cambridge, in 2018. I also have Grade 8 ABRSM in both Piano and Classical Singing. I have experience both as a performer, composer and tutor – and have performed in and directed concerts across Cambridge, London, and Edinburgh.

In secondary school, I attained high A* grades in Latin, French, English and Music, and have continued my studies in both French and Latin in my spare time.

I have a passion for languages and linguistics, and a strong believer that anyone can learn a language if it is taught well. My approach is tailored to the needs of the individual, with an emphasis not just on attaining fluid, conversational English, but also understanding the finer points of grammar, syntax and pronunciation.

I have over 5 years of experience working in corporate communications (including writing press releases, articles, emails and social media posts), and would be more than happy to tailor our lessons towards business communication specifically, for those learning English for work.
