I would like to work with people who need some general life coaching as well as support in developing their sports skills

I use my counselling knowledge and mentoring qualifications to ensure a listening approach. I work with tried and tested models of development to ensure best results, as well as personalising my programmes to each individual that I work with. I come from a performance coaching background and am a qualified teacher, so I am happy to adapt and change ideas as I go.
