I have 3 years online teaching experience combined with teaching and acting as a Learning Support Assistant in Steiner Academy Hereford. My skills include clear communication to explain concepts, being adaptable to different learning styles, and learning digital tools. Staying organized which helps me plan lessons and keep track of progress, while patience and empathy are key in understanding students' struggles. Problem-solving for tackling any hurdles, and keeping things engaging to keep students motivated. I offer helpful feedback for to support students in their following lessons.
