Private 1 to 1 lessons, with the main focus on Early Years and KS1- Phonics, Early Maths, Early reading and writing

My name is Sylwia (Sylvia with 'w') and I have been a primary school teacher (mainly Early Years and KS1) for over 20 years. I left my full time job last year but because I love working with children and I am passionate about it, I decided to continue my teaching journey as a Supply teacher.
Being a class teacher for a long time gave me lots of opportunities to teach children where English was not their first language but after using different strategies and hands on activities they all blossomed.
I believe that every child is unique because they have different learning styles and develop at their own pace. Sometimes they need a little helping hand to make them believe that they can do it. I will try my best to be that hand with the focus on Phonics, Early Maths, Early reading and writing (Early Years and KS1).
I am fully DBS checked, I completed/renewed the safeguarding training few weeks ago, I also have Paediatric First Aid.
