Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Secondary school since 12 years now and an examier of GCSE, A'level and IB . I have been working from Grammar to Comprehensive school and also as Head of Faculty.
My lessons are adaptable, personalised to the pupils strengths and I often use 'realia' to engage them.
I believe that learning a new language can be challenging if the right methods of scaffolding, listenig, spontaneous speaking aren't used.
My lessons are engaging as I use a lot of constructive 'games' and cultural topic to raise awareness.
