I am a Personal Trainer offering Life Coahing sessions and English Convesational lessons to the public

I am a very empathic, caring person but firm with it. I have been through a lot so I have amazing strength of character, work ethic and sense of responsibility. Years of experience in life and many different fields of work gives me a huge pool to draw on. Weakness might be getting over involved and emotional about someone's situation but I am used to watching that and making sure I am not overwhelmed.
