I’m a confident person who’s easy to talk to and i want to put this skill towards pushing students to their full potential.

The first 10 mins of the lesson will consist of small talk about the students day and recap/test on the content from the previous lesson. The next 30-40 mins of the lesson will be me teaching, sharing videos and asking questions, ensuring the student is focused. The last 10-15 mins will be testing the student with exam type questions so they feel more confident answering exam questions. The last few minutes i’ll ask how the student felt about todays lesson and how they’d change the lesson format if they could and use their feedback to plan the next lesson. The creativity of the lesson will depend on the subject. I might also use extensive websites like seneca for creative and testing learning.
