I would describe myself as dynamic, personable and engaging as a trainer. I m interested in working with post 16 learners.

My teaching will be dependent upon the subject, level , syllabus and the stage of the learner. I can teach 1:1 or in groups using online platforms such as Zoom Whiteboards to facilitate and ensure interest and engagement; Defining learning objectives and checking Learning/ understanding as required; managing cognitive load and giving meaningful feedback.
