Having worked for a firm of Property Solicitors for 2 years I am accomplished and experienced in the day to day operations and procedures of a functioning legal practice and advising clients of the legal processes to be undertaken by themselves, fee earners and solicitors. Also, as a qualified mortgage advisor and as an advisor for the HMRC, (remote), my primary functions, and obligations, were to explain varied legal and financial rules, procedures and protocols in neutral ley terms in order for the clients to gain and have a better and clear understanding of the situation they are experiencing. This demonstrates my professional experience and exposure to both working within and advising on, Conveyancing, Finance and Tax law. In addition, as an employee of the Ministry of Justice in the Family sector as a court clerk which required myself to run court hearings in person, hybrid and online via Teams and BT Meet-me, and included duties such as, liaising with the Judiciary, applicants, respondents, solicitors and varied other advocates.
