I regard myself as academically astute as well as focused, hardworking and competent and also committed to the development of young peoples cognitive abilities. In my SATs I achieved Greater Depth in Mathematics and Reading with 110+ scores in both. Now having recently completed my GCSE examinations I look forward to passing down my skills through the methods I see most fit for each student.
1) Teaching: Utilising relevant materials for each area on the curriculum I will communicate ideas in the most straightforward and relatable ways for students, displaying the key concepts and methods that are most effective for each key skill. Developing long term abilities may appear arduous at first but I can guarantee that with repetition using informative slides can only serve to benefit your child.
2) Assessing: A comprehensive evaluation of a student’s strengths and weaknesses can be difficult to obtain in a relatively short period of time; to overcome this challenge I will employ potent tactics of finding these roadblocks in learning and will seek to eliminate them. One of my personal techniques involves heavy focus on examination-style questions during education and the key capabilities that they assess, as these moments can be key for a child’s holistic academic development. Such examples include questions from past SATs exams that students found particularly challenging, and being able to identify the solutions with an engaging and effective approach that suits your child.
3) Inquiries: I am more than happy to answer any questions related to my qualifications and suitable skills, so do not hesitate to inquire into anything that catches your attention.
