Honestly, I have no experience of being a tutor; however, I have had and passed a class in teaching methodology while I was an undergraduate student. I did a few teaching trial assignments for different age groups from 8 to 20 year old. I am a career driven, hard working, optimistic, and patient person. I am able to teach student(s) in person since it would be more effective to them as I can instantly help them when needed. For improving their grammar, I could provide some writing exercises for them being able to get used to tenses used in daily conversations and sentences. However, it would be great if the institution(employer) have any guidelines, textbooks, or any special lessons provided, I would be more than happy to do so.
