To obtain a teaching position where I can utilize my knowledge of advanced teaching methods such as team learning and e-learning

I have worked in a variety of roles in the field of student tutoring, including as an adult educator at Cunard Learning Center, a high school teacher, as a college professor at BRCM College, and international student assistant at Mount Saint Vincent University. In each of these roles, I have been responsible for providing support and guidance to learners of different ages with diverse backgrounds from all over the world, helping them to navigate the complexities of the academic system. I am well-versed in student development theory and teaching techniques that help me to reach students and to relate to them.
One of my greatest strengths is being able to adjust my tutoring style to match a student's learning style. I know how important it is that a student feel confident in their work and know how to approach a problem from multiple angles. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate interpersonal and time management, I excel at:
• Tailoring lesson plans according to informal assessments and student interests, closing the attainment gap for my disadvantaged students in 2020
• Using techniques to improve curriculum accessibility for four students with ASD, achieving a progress rate of two grades per year for this group
• Building strong relationships with parents and guardians, increasing engagement
