I am fun, charismatic and passionate about what I tutor! I give insightful and fun lessons to english language learners! Having studied foreign languages myself I can completely sympathise with people who may find certain aspects (or all of it!) difficult

Advert description
I would identify key points of the English Language which the student has a difficulty with, and work on those with the students. I would also ask the learner what aspects of the english language they themselves would like to focus on the most. For example grammar; greetings; vocab for the restaurant; vocab for the work place; travelling vocab etc. Having studied several foreign languages to the GCSE, A-level and other intermediary levels (some being self taught!) I have huge experience of actually being a language learner myself! I have received both great and bad teaching from loads of different language tutors, and this experience has made me aware of what to include and do in my lessons and also what not to! I also have experience of tailoring different lessons to different age groups. I would say personally the best way to learn a language is to completely immerse yourself in an environment (I.E a country!) where that language is always being spoken! The best language learning experience and progress learning I have ever had; was when I went to Iran for the first time to visit family. I came to Iran as a beginner in Farsi; not being able to confidently express myself or even hold a conversation. However at the end of my 5 week trip; I was confidently holding basic conversations, incorporating the new words that I learnt on my trip, and even managed to practice my newly learnt language skills on the locals! This experience that I had taught me the best way to learn a language really is immersion and the emphasis of speaking the language as the main way of learning. It doesn’t matter if you make mistakes just as long as you try! “The only real mistake someone can make is not trying in the first place!”
