Experienced maths teacher - online tutoring sessions

I have an Honours Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Masters degree in Education. I have decades of teaching experience and love teaching. I have almost two decades of leadership experience in schools, including headships. I have recently decided to take early semi-retirement and am currently offering maths tutoring online. I am offering ages 11 to 16 with GCSE maths being my specialism. Gaining a grade 4 and above for students is life changing as their choices post 16 depend on them gaining this grade. Not achieving it can set them back by several years in their education and in many cases limit their future job prospects. I have a passion for helping students to break this barrier. Having worked in, and led, schools that are in deprived areas with high EAL and SEND I can support all learners despite any challenges they may face.
In my career prior to leading schools, I achieved Advanced Skills teacher status - evidencing my teaching talents.
I can adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of your child and will ensure that I fill in any subject knowledge gaps and prepare them well for their GCSE examinations.
