Maths tutor for students up to GCSE. Able to teach sciences up to GCSE. Biology can be taught to A-Level

I am a graduate in Computer Science. I have previous tutoring experience ranging from 11+ to A level.

I aim to understand the current progress of the student and structure the upcoming weeks to help them effectively understand and learn the content. Exam practice on the relevant subjects will be conducted thoroughly so students have a good method of applying and answering questions.

Students who require more aid will be provided with effective short homework assignments so that it doesn’t affect the completion of schoolwork. Memory practice on large blocks of content typically found in science subjects can be practiced during lessons in such a way that a thorough understanding of the content is achieved, preparing students for exams.

A key part of studying is recalling previously covered work. Therefore, we will often review content from earlier lessons to ensure the student still remembers and can apply the previously acquired knowledge.

This can be achieved by conducting small quizzes that are similar to the style of questions provided by the student’s relevant exam board.
