I have a native and fluent understanding of the English language and GCSE level A-C in the subject. I am well versed in many facets of telephone, written, email and face to face customer services giving me a wealth of first hand experience in real life situation with a huge variety of people. I can teach both the kings English and have knowledge of many local dialects and slangs.
