I have a background in hospitality and business management where I do personal and online presentations to present my clients for them to be able to understand more about the business industry. First is I must identify their needs in learning, determine the student's learning style to tailor into the student's strength whether he/she is a visual, auditory or a kinesthetic learner. In order to maximize learning, I will make the lessons interactive and to encourage active participation at all times.
