I teach with EDIP (explanation, demonstration, imitation and practice) I can teach in person or remote/virtual. I understand the extra effort required with people with learning difficulties and those with mental health issues such as anxiety. I have thought/instructed groups up to and over 200 people en mass with theory and practical demonstration on military skills, supply chain management and operational management. I have also instructed leadership skills for groups and individuals.
