I am skilled at active listening and being able to identify different needs in different students. Some students work better when they're pushed and motivated, while some work better when they're supported and gently nudged. Apart from having extensive knowledge in the field, I am also adept at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of students and teaching them accordingly such that their productivity is maximised.
