With 12 years of experience as a primary school headteacher and 2 years of experience teaching undergraduate and master's students in Social Sciences at the university level, I bring a robust blend of leadership and academic expertise to the field of education. As an Associate Fellow (HEA), I hold a Master's in Education and am pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership (University of the West of Scotland). My background equips me with a deep understanding of educational systems, curriculum development, and effective teaching methodologies, enabling me to contribute significantly to both primary and higher education. ` My teaching philosophy centres on creating an interactive classroom atmosphere where students feel encouraged to participate, think critically, and apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.
