Before teaching anyone anything new, my first approach is the benchmark the learner so as to ascertain their strengths and weaknesses then address them. Next is to expose the learner to new simple ideas and gradually introducing harder ideas base on the level of comprehension. I prefer using technology Assisted instruction and the use of othe relevant teach aids or instructional materials to aid better understanding and learning.
